Standardized the brand voice across the SteelSeries GG ecosystem, harmonizing the interface from the initial UI to deep software interaction. The goal: drive recurring retention by surfacing the utility of the broader suite.

Strategy:
I aligned with the Product Manager to integrate functionality with UX best practices. By crafting benefit-driven copy for the login flow and in-app banners, I shifted the experience from a background utility into a high-engagement daily hub.
